వివరణ · Explanation

'కూడా' — ఏ పదం తరువాత ఉంటుందో, ఆ పదానికే అర్థం. 'సీత కూడా పాలు తాగుతుంది.' 'సీత పాలు కూడా తాగుతుంది.'

కూడా is not a sentence word — it clings to whichever word it follows, and that word is the one it points at. సీత కూడా పాలు తాగుతుంది means Sīta too drinks milk (someone else does as well). Move it one word to the right and the meaning moves with it: సీత పాలు కూడా తాగుతుంది means milk as well as other things. English says 'also' in one fixed place and lets the voice carry the difference; Telugu moves the word instead.

'మాత్రమే' కూడా అలాగే. 'నేను పాలు మాత్రమే తాగుతాను.' 'నేను మాత్రమే పాలు తాగుతాను.'

మాత్రమే works the same way, but it shuts everything else out: నేను పాలు మాత్రమే తాగుతాను is 'I drink only milk', while నేను మాత్రమే పాలు తాగుతాను is 'only I drink milk'. Nothing in the sentence changes except where the word sits, so put it straight after whatever you mean to limit.

'ఎప్పుడూ' — రెండు అర్థాలు: 'always'; నిషేధంతో 'never'. 'ఆమె ఎప్పుడూ ఇంట్లో ఉండదు.' 'మళ్ళీ' — రెండోసారి. 'ఒకవేళ' — ఖచ్చితం కాదు.

ఎప్పుడూ means 'always' in a positive sentence and 'never' when the verb is negative: అతను ఎప్పుడూ వస్తాడు, but అతను ఎప్పుడూ రాడు. మళ్ళీ is simply 'again', standing before the verb. ఒకవేళ warns you that what follows is only possible, not settled, and it sits happily with the -వచ్చు form you learnt for permission: ఒకవేళ ఆమె రావచ్చు. The full 'if' sentence that ఒకవేళ usually opens comes in level 5; for now use it to mean 'maybe, in case'.
