Explanation
ఎవరు asks 'who?'. Like ఏమిటి in the first lesson it sits exactly where the answer will sit: మీరు ఎవరు? Nothing is inverted, and once again there is no word for 'am'. నా పేరు రవి is an equally good answer; use whichever comes to you first.
Telugu has two words for 'he'. అతను is the plain one, for a friend, a boy, someone your own age. ఆయన is the respectful one, for a teacher, an elder, a father, or a stranger you want to be polite to. For 'she' the everyday word is ఆమె, and its respectful counterpart is ఆవిడ. When you are unsure of someone's standing, choose ఆయన or ఆవిడ — Telugu never punishes you for extra respect.
నేను is 'I'. మీరు is 'you' in two senses at once: to one person politely, and to a whole group. Because the respect is built into the pronoun itself, the choice between అతను and ఆయన is a social decision rather than a grammatical one — and it is the very first thing a Telugu listener notices about your speech.

Practice
Use it
Say your own name with నేను …. Then name three people you know, out loud: a friend your own age with అతను …, a woman with ఆమె …, and someone older with ఆయన …. Finally ask yourself మీరు ఎవరు? and answer it twice — once with నేను … and once with నా పేరు …, so that both answers are ready when a real person asks you.
